To get involved your organisation should:

•          Be based on  Merseyside

•          Employ young people aged 16-18 years of age

•          Employ young people aged 16-24 years of age if you are a public sector employer

•          Want to encourage young employees to take up  training opportunities

•          Have employees without  a level 2 qualification or equivalent

            (e.g. 5 A*-C GCSEs, NVQ 2, BTEC)
