BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT CLUB The first of its kind and now in its 8th year of operation, Knowsley Chamber’s Business Environment Club continues to meet bi-monthly, providing advice, information and support on a range of health and safety, and environmental issues, including existing and new legislation. Specialist speakers are provided who present on topics relevant to business and who provide practical guidance and solutions. New initiatives, projects and trading opportunities are also discussed at these sessions, and small and medium sized companies can take advantage of access to a helpline, consultancy, training and a huge range of other grant subsidised support. With a steering group comprising Knowsley Chamber, the Environment Agency, Health and Safety Executive, Local Authority, Groundwork, Envirolink and private sector specialists, the Knowsley Business Environment Club can call upon a wealth of experience and expertise. The focus is on delivering bottom line benefits and effective risk management, according to the specific requirements of the business. Membership of the club is FREE to Members of Knowsley Chamber.
